This ought to be a pretty good example of the quality I'll be going for with my various "Stonehides" Chapter Space Marines.
As the Stonehides are a relatively little-known chapter on the fringes of the Imperium, they lack the massive weapon stockpiles available to larger and more centrally located Space Marine chapters. Because of this, only the most skillful Stonehides infantry are permitted to wield exotic assault weapons such as plasma and melta guns.
