Saldean Frigate

So I thought I was getting rusty at spaceships, and then I drew this. Probably my most realistic starship design yet.

This frigate typifies the Saldean design aesthetic: chunky, practical, and virtually indestructible. All Saldean vessels share the same general design for their prows. The prow is dominated by the ships main cannon assembly, with the bridge situated just below it, behind many, many, layers of armor. Sublight propulsion for frigates such as this is handled by a single rear-mounted gravitic drive node, supplemented by several small fusion thrusters.
