RX-93 Nu Gundam Ver. Te by Tekka-Croe RX-93 Nu Gundam Ver. Te by Tekka-Croe
This is easily my best Ver. Te illustration. I've always loved the design of the Nu Gundam, so I put in some extra work for this one. I also tried out a different marker for the shading, higher contrast, and I rather like it.

Sketched with .3mm mechanical pencil, inked with .2mm Micron pen, colored with Copic Sketch markers.

Yo this is sick so you just draw this with a pencil or with a pen and if so what type of pen?

I sketched the initial lines with a pencil, and then inked it with a .20mm Micron pen.

If you know what you're doing, colored pencil can yield good results. In my case, I prefer to use Copic markers. If you want to use Copics, though, be warned: They're very expensive. I've slowly built up my collection over the last four or five years.

I've always thought Nu Gundam's proportions were weird but nice work.

I had always felt that the original was a little too large in the legs, so I tried to even out the proportions with my redesign.

Gold parts inspired by Strike Freedom, right? Still, I think it's a good re-render of the original without messing with the original...

Approve of this... :D b

Danke :)

Actually, the original design has quite a few yellow bits to it, mostly where thrusters were located, so I decided that "yellow = thrusters", much like an actual spacecraft, really.

Anyway, It's always good to know that people are paying attention.
