Inktober Day 26 (OSPAR Experimental)

A Karic special forces operator equipped with cutting-edge gear straight from the OSPAR (Office of Special Projects And Resources) labs.  The experimentals have undergone limited cybernetic augmentation allowing them to use advanced armor interface systems based on those pioneered by OSPAR's KAIROS Program.
