Description
A prototype figurine testing out the color scheme for my "Stonehides" Chapter of the Adeptus Astartes (Space Marines). I'm still developing background material on the Stonehides, so be on the lookout for that in the future.
Color Scheme, in case anyone else wants to make some Stonehides of their own:
Codex Gray (Citadel), Fortress Gray highlights (Citadel)
Skull White (Citadel)
Shining Gold (Citadel), Burnished Gold highlights (Citadel)
Badab Black wash (Citadel)
Gryphonne Sepia wash (Citadel)
Umber Wash (Vallejo)
I apologize for the fuzziness, but my camera doesn't handle macro photography all that well. The figurine looks much cleaner in person.
