HG Adele Mirage (Kitbash) by Tekka-Croe HG Adele Mirage (Kitbash) by Tekka-Croe
A kitbash combining parts from the HG G-Bouncer and HG Adele. I scratchbuilt the housing for the thrusters on the back.

"Project Mirage" was a collaborative effort between the EFF's mobile suit development team and the Madorna Factory to create a mobile suit less expensive than a Gundam, yet still capable of matching an X-Rounder's ultra-fast response times. While the Adele Mirage's external differences from the standard Adele are small, it's internal structure is highly reinforced, and it's had thrusters added for increased mobility."

Thrusters look great, but i think physics says they need to be tilted down slightly don't they? How else would you get vertical thrust?

Like most of the mobile suits seen in AGE's first two arcs, this thing is built to operate in space, so counteracting gravity isn't its foremost concern. Additionally, it does have downward-angled thrusters on the backs of the legs, and bottoms of the feet.

ahh i've only seen enough to look at the mech designs a little. But if its designed for space then all bets off yeah, sorry.

Thrust vectoring isn't that hard.

For some reason, I really like the EFF mobile suits' head designs in AGE. Though I haven't seen the series and I'm just basing this off of images I've seen. lol

Agreed. I love the Adele's head, but I think the HG kit's head (seen here) is just slightly too large.

I wouldn't know, I've only seen the first episode, but it's got me very interested in the rest of the series. :)

I've considered doing some reviews for MAHQ, but I tend to altar my kits, if not changing the physical shape, then I often altar the paint scheme. I'd only review a kit if I don't change anything significant.

In which case, I could potentially do a review of the AGE-1, as well as the AGE-2 I've got in progress.
