Another Halo work. Just like my Elite, I've sort of blended together my favorite elements of previous official designs, and tossed in a dash of my own style for good measure.

Inked and colored with Copic pens and markers, respectively.

I actually have to disagree, if you're talking about the armor. The "Covenant" that you fight in Halo 4 aren't so much the Covenant and are more just a faction of fanatical dissidents. They don't have quite military grade armor.

Though, if you mean the way that the body of the Grunt itself turned out, then yeah. I would've preferred it to design that made it into the game. The Grunts in Halo 4 look like their arms and legs are made of pinecones.

I meant the grunt's body. I also don't like how the Grunts in Halo 4 don't have respirators.

They do have respirators, it's just not a full-on mouth mask like the traditional Grunt. The H4 Grunt helmets have a tube along one side that seems to feed to their nose.

Oh. But wouldn't they need a -full- respirator? Seems like they would die already without actually entirely breathing methane, rather than oxygen AND methane.
