Description

In the last couple days, I've gone back to some old Wind Waker character designs I did in (I'm fairly certain) my junior year of high school, and reworked them.

There's really not much story that went along with them. The basic premise was "Guy With Darknut Sword and His Rito Friend tool around on the ocean." Though I can say that at some point a two-pronged lightning sword and a Giant Battle Seagull™ are involved.

While replaying Wind Waker, I was reminded that the Earth Temple is easily my favorite dungeon in the game. This is primarily because of the two-character game mechanic of Link and Medli, and the nifty puzzles that were developed around that idea. It got me thinking "What would a co-op Zelda game look like? (I'm aware of Four Swords, but I mean the sort of drop-in, drop-out co-op pioneered by the Lego games).

-Sarabanda the Rito ("Sara" for short) is sort of a fusion of Link's and Medli's abilities; she can fly short distances, and even carry Aaron over wide gaps if need be, but she's too light to move blocks around. She carries a short sword and an ocarina (though not of the magical variety).

-Aaron, on the other hand, completes the ability set; he can move blocks and heavy objects and can carry Sara through gale winds that would otherwise fling her aside. He carries a huge broadsword (Though it would amount to a short sword by Darknut standards).

I know it's kind of hard to judge the size of these two (though they are properly scaled relative to eachother). Sarabanda would be just slightly taller than WW Link, so they're both pretty short.
